I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times, run everything as admin, tried letting it be for hours (2 hours) and either the launcher is stuck on 10%, the "updating setup files" never finishes or the launcher is stuck at "Updating blizzard launcher 0%" / "Initializing 0%".
With the latter two, when I check connection info, it says no download is in progress.
